IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of this product, which consumes non-recoverable computing resources (AI Tokens/GPU usage) instantly upon use, we cannot offer refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Carousel Creator subscription at any time via your account dashboard or the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, but no pro-rated refund will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing cycle.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are strictly non-refundable:

  • Monthly Subscription fees once paid.
  • One-time "Credit Pack" or "Refill" purchases.
  • Any fees related to custom setup or onboarding.

3. Why We Have This Policy

Carousel Creator creates content using expensive Artificial Intelligence models. Every time you generate a script or an image, we pay our AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) on your behalf. These costs are incurred instantly and are non-recoverable by us. Therefore, we cannot reverse these costs once they are spent.
